FIND OUT MORE
Next, attend an Awareness meeting. To find the representative for your school or district go to our contact page.
After you attend an Awareness Meeting, learn more at an Orientation Session. We strongly recommended new team managers attend this prior to Team Manager Training.
FORM A TEAM
Teams can have 2-7 members. In most cases, the members can be from the same school or different schools. The members can be home-schooled. Members can all be in the same grade or different grades.
To form a team, ask friends of your child, ask the teachers for recommendations, ask members of your child's sports team, or ask at your place of worship.

RECRUIT A TEAM MANAGER
In our Region, Team Managers are usually parents, but they don't have to be. A Team Manager must be 18 years or older, and he/she facilitates the team meetings. We recommend that two adults team up as co-managers.
Our organization does a lot to support the Team Manager. Check out our Team Manager Training page for the many ways we can help guide you through the season.
FIND A PLACE TO MEET
Teams usually meet once or twice per week. Often the meetings are held at the home of the Team Manager, but can be held elsewhere. Sometimes schools provide meeting space.
Your team will need a space in which to store the materials they are using and the things (props, scenery, gadgets, costumes, etc.) that they make.
